@continua-ai/wheelie-capability-core@0.1.0 is the public npm SDK/testkit payload for local capability contracts, deterministic fakes, conformance checks, and examples. npm latest and public GitHub readback are verified. The Wheelie Source route is publicly readable, but its npm 0.1.0 marker reconciliation is pending the runtime Source-route rollout; Wheelie Source writes, hosted grants, live transport, marketplace, payout, and live-money surfaces remain unsupported until their exact producer readbacks exist.
